Summary
Amends the:
Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006
in relation to prescribing consultation requirements with traditional owners, knowledge holders and other relevant persons when preparing environment plans;
Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Environment) Regulations 2009
in relation to: meaning of relevant person; and protection of cultural heritage; and
Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2011
to make a consequential amendment.
